Report Templates Sector Guide

 

-Report Templates are report forms you can create and save it by your self, these templates are very important to save your time in creating reports to enable you just fill results every time you create a report.

-There is some standard templates which are constant (you cannot edit it or delete) this templates made for quick start and test our system and you will notice that there is no one of these templates has normal values to ignore errors just you can make your custom template and fill your data and normal values as you wish

---lets start to create a report template

-In report templates sector you will notice the standard templates section and below it your custom templates section click the new template button, it will take you to a page to enter the template name and choose the number of rows and columns you need to draw your table

-No. of rows to fill the number of tests in the report so you must know first the number of rows you need including titles inside the report to make some categories ( for example: in urine analysis report you need to make two categories one for physical properties and other for microscopic examination so if you need 10 rows for tests and two for titles so you have to select 12 rows)

-No. of columns 2 for test & result report  and  3 for test & result & normal values report.
 

-you can now fill your data in the fields and check the box beside the row that you need to make it a title for a group of tests.

and in the future you can edit your custom templates so easily.
